On October 16, 2025, representatives of the CLEANTECH LATVIA environmental and clean technology cluster visited the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI). The visit took place within the framework of a project aimed at promoting cooperation between industry representatives and research institutions, strengthening the link between business and science.
CLEANTECH LATVIA cluster members represent sectors such as water management, energy, and biotechnology. The cluster’s goal is to promote the development of sustainable and innovative technologies, as well as to create synergy between industry and the research environment.
During the visit, guests were introduced to EDI’s research directions and laboratory infrastructure, as well as gaining an insight into current projects and technologies that the institute is developing in collaboration with industry partners.
