Programming engineer Juris Siņica-Siņavskis, as part of the LACISE project, is participating in the AC/DC Tech forum and the MUPSIS* project results presentation event, where compact presentations were made of innovation stories from AS “Sadales tīkls” and cooperation partners about AI and other current events related to energy transmission security, with particular emphasis on the wooden pole inspection system created in the project.
During the event, contacts were established with a Norwegian research institution and the next steps necessary to continue research in the LACISE project for rot detection in utility poles and the development of AI algorithms were discussed with the DSO.
