Haralds Egliens graduated from the University of Latvia, where he obtained a master’s degree in computer science. His research and professional interests are related to communication systems, software optimization, and improving system performance.

In his work, Haralds focuses on the development of efficient, reliable, and practically applicable software solutions, particularly in systems where data exchange stability, performance, and scalability are essential. At EDI, he has participated in projects such as PAKS and PRAESIIDIUM, and he is also a co-author of a scientific publication on the application of multistatic ultra-wideband impulse radar for the evaluation of materials and structures.

In his free time, Haralds continues to engage in programming, further developing his technical skills outside the work environment.
