On March 7th, 2023, Deputy Director of Development Dr. Kaspars Ozols of the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI) is participating in the Horizon 2020 DIH-World project (https://dihworld.eu/) 2nd Working Group event “Policymakers and DIHs as Promoters of Local Innovation”. During the remote event, Dr. Ozols presented the role of the EDI in the establishment and development of Digital Innovation Hubs (DIH) and the success of the EDI in fostering innovation. Also. Dr. Ozols shared his experience of working with policymakers, which has now resulted in two European DIHs in Latvia, in which the EDI is also involved.
