Toms E. Zinars studied at RTU and in 2022 earned a Bachelor’s Degree in “Mehatronika” (Eng. “Mechatronics”) and in 2024 a Master’s degree in “Intelektuālas Robotizētas Sistēmas” (Eng. “Intelligent Robotic Systems”). Current main focus is on natural language processing for high level planning of robotic systems.
