On Saturday, November 22, 2025, colleagues from the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science went on a joint hike along the route Carnikava – Garciems – Vecāķi, which turned out to be a great team-building activity. Although the day was spent outside the usual work environment, it was precisely the informal atmosphere that helped colleagues get to know each other better, strengthen mutual trust, and improve teamwork.
The hike was characterized by a positive, open, and friendly atmosphere – conversations that often remain unsaid in everyday life took place, experiences were shared, and laughter was shared, which promoted freer communication.
This hike not only provided a refreshing change from the daily routine, but also became a valuable contribution to team cohesion and strengthening the work culture.
