Between 15 and 18 December 2025, EDI researchers Amr Elkenawy and Kristaps Greitāns attended the Augmenting and Evaluating the Physical and Digital Infrastructure for CCAM deployment (Augmented CCAM) project meeting in Paris, France. The Augmented CCAM meeting consisted of a public event, followed by Advisory board meeting and Partner board meeting. The public event spanned over the first two day.

On December 15th, keynote speeches were held by project partners and local government representatives, then a consortium session followed. The consortium interactive session allowed project partners to exchange with event’s participants on project achievements, lessons learned and future perspectives, where Kristaps and Amr represented EDI progress, implementation, and Physical pilot tests results of the three EDI use cases, along with Latvian local partners from LMT and LVC.

The second day included a visit to the Satory mobiLAB (living lab) within the Gustave Eiffel University premises, where the final demonstration of the French testing site, showcasing A-CCAM solutions in operational contexts through three different workshops. Afterwards, a live-streamed demonstration by VINCI Autoroutes and Valeo illustrated cooperative highway insertion scenarios and Minimum Risk Manoeuvres (MRM) use case. The afternoon concluded with a panel discussion of the advisory board members, discussing trust, resilience, safety, and the importance of collaboration across countries, authorities and sectors in enabling CCAM.

The third day started with the advisory board meeting, where Amr Elkenawy presented the Innovation Readiness Assessment (TRL assessment) of the three innovation of EDI. The Partner board meeting followed in the last two days, in which project’s overall status, pending items, deliverables and workpackages (WPs) were discussed by the Augmented CCAM project consortium partners.
