On May 14, within the LACISE project, the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI) hosted Prof. Dr. Petr Korba from the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
During the meeting, the EDI group presented the work completed so far and the progress achieved since the beginning of the project’s second year. The discussions covered several research topics related to smart energy systems, including energy system modeling, renewable energy integration, and short-term forecasting solutions.
Tomorrow, on May 15, Prof. Dr. Petr Korba will participate in the “Deep Tech Atelier” program with three presentations, including the opening event of the Swiss–Latvian Digital Centre (from 14:00 to 15:00).
