On February 8th and 9th, 2024, Dr. Kaspars Ozols, Deputy Director of Development and Senior Researcher, and Dr. Rihards Novickis, Head of the Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory and Senior Researcher at the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (EDI), are actively participating in the “Tech Talk: Navigating the Convergence of Ecosystems” event held in Barcelona, Spain. This gathering convenes prominent industry players including Infineon, STMicroelectronics, NXP, Renault, AVL, Virtual Vehicle, among others, who are presenting the current state-of-the-art innovations in the industry and outlining a visionary path for future technological advancements. The overarching goal is to contribute to a greener, more sustainable, and competitive European smart mobility sector. Within this event, both EDI scientists are showcasing the latest research findings and accomplishments from the institute, fostering discussions on pertinent scientific matters and challenges, and forging new connections with potential project collaborators and partners.
