On August 13, a representative of Madara Cosmetics visited the Institute of Electronics and Computer Sciences to get acquainted in person with the demonstrator developed by the AIMS5.0 project group led by Dr. sc. comp. Kārlis Freivalds – a reconfigurable, artificial intelligence-based automated conveyor feeding solution with a robotic arm system.

During the visit, we demonstrated the operation of the developed solution and discussed its possible application in the automation of production processes. The representative of Madara Cosmetics praised the work done and expressed satisfaction that such innovative solutions are also being developed in Latvia. At the same time, the company representative shared his observations and vision for the practical use of the solution in a production environment. The demonstration video is available here.

At the end of the meeting, we also discussed possible future cooperation opportunities, including the development and adaptation of the solution to real production needs.

Thank you to the Madara Cosmetics team for your interest, valuable discussion, and ideas for future cooperation!
