EDI senior researcher Rihards Novickis participated in the final ARCHIMEDES General Assembly event, representing Institute of Electronics and Computer Science in discussions on the future of quantum technologies in Europe. During the event, the team presented and demonstrated the results of EDI’s quantum sensor readout platform within the SC3 supply chain session. Discussions also focused on future development directions, including the second iteration and commercialization of the readout system, development of GNSS-independent navigation solutions. Particular attention was given to Europe’s industrial competitiveness and the need for faster and more agile research and innovation processes.
