The Institute of Electronics and Computer Science announces a written auction with a descending price step for the expropriation of the following intellectual property rights:
Know-how and related rights of the technology “Deflexio (IoT solution to monitor in real time the condition of buildings, engineering structures and bridges around the clock using data driven approach)” created within the project “3D fabric” (KC-PI-2017/25)

Applications for the expropriation of intellectual property rights must be submitted to the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science, Dzērbenes Street 14, Riga, LV-1006, Directorate on the 2nd floor, during the business days between 08.30 and 17.00, in a sealed envelope with the indication: “Application for a written auction for the expropriation of intellectual property rights to a technology “Deflexio”” until 13:00, May 12th , 2021. Alternatively, the application can be submitted in the form of an electronic document that is signed with a secure electronic signature before May 12th, 2021 at 13:00 by sending it to the e-mail address info@edi.lv between 13:01 and 15:00 on the May 12th, 2021.

The starting price of the intellectual property auction is 310 000.00 EUR.
The winning application will be the one with the highest offered price.
