On December 16, 2022, the Institute of Electronics and Computer Sciences held employee training on gender equality. Employees had the opportunity to participate in training both in person and remotely. During the training, the following questions were discussed: What is the “Gender Equality Plan”? Data collection and monitoring; Integration of gender aspects in research; Work-life balance and the Institute culture; Gender balance in the Institute’s management and decision-making; Measures against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment; Gender equality in the recruitment and career development process; Storytelling of experiences; How can each employee contribute to achieving the results of the plan?
