The Institute of Electronics and Computer Science announces a written auction with an descending step for the following intellectual property licensing:

Know-how, copyright, and related rights created as a part of the project (KC-PI-2020/14)

”The Level Crossing Automated Surveillance System (PAKS)”.

Application for the auction should be submitted to the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science, 14 Dzerbenes Street, Riga, 2nd floor in the Directorate on working days between 08.30 to 17.00, in a sealed envelope marked: “Application for participation in the auction for the technology “The Level Crossing Automated Surveillance System (PAKS)” until November 30, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. The application can also be submitted electronically in the form of a document by signing it with a secure electronic signature until November 30, 2022, at 13:00 and by sending it to the email address info@edi.lv on November 30, 2022, from 13:00 to 15:00.

The starting price of the intellectual property auction is EUR 280,000.00, excluding VAT. The auction is in ascending increments. The winner will be the applicant whose offered price is the highest.
