Project objective: The project is aimed at advancement of R&D related to remote sensing (RS) at the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science (IECS). The goal is to produce a review of the state of the art in artificial neural-network methods applied to RS and prepare the recommendations and roadmap report to enhance the capabilities of the institute’s Remote sensing group.
