A discrete-stroboscopic method of transforming the noise produced by the Schottky noise of electronic devices that affects a detected signal is considered. The process of transforming the noise is based on a statistical method of transformation with fixed threshold proposed by K. Kruminsh and O.Zaytsev [1]. The upper bound of the value of the zero signal obtained is improved.
